Hello friends. So...

Story Time.

In July of 2013, I recorded the first yoga class I had ever played live with owner/instructor Patricia Ploeger of OmCore Yoga & Body on Saint Simons Island, Georgia. This was the beginning of a new way to play music for me. I had played in mostly bars and restaurants with bands and live looping for over 15 years, but had never done a yoga class. With what tools I had: my laptop, loop, guitar, and bass, I wrote the music to fit the dynamics of a typical yoga class. At just over one hour in length, my hope is that you can enjoy it during your practice at home or in classes in your community.

Three years later, the music is evolving.
